I have over 25 years experience as a creative professional specialising in filmmaking and film marketing creative. As an award-winning feature documentary filmmaker, I have a passion for educating and inspiring audiences through a genuine brand of storytelling and possess a broad range of skills including producing, writing, directing, shooting and editing. My film marketing creative services focus on trailer cutting and key-art (poster) creation.
My first documentary, 'Fairless' premiered at the 2015 Melbourne International Film Festival. In 2017, I co-wrote / directed / produced and edited a feature-length documentary entitled 'All For One' which was awarded the Audience Award for Best Documentary at the Melbourne International Film Festival and was nominated for Best Documentary at the 2018 Australian Film Critics Association Awards. In 2019, I co-wrote / co-directed 'Collingwood: From The Inside Out' which was broadcast nationally on the ABC and was then commissioned by the Australian Football League to direct 'Brisbane Lions - Actions To Live By' (2021).
I have been a Lead Creative on marketing campaigns for some of Australia's most iconic independent films. Most notably in the form of original key-art (film poster) design and trailers for titles such as Harvie Krumpet (2004) Kenny (2006), Noise (2007), Last Ride (2009), Snowtown (2012), The Turning (2014), Hunt For The Wilderpeople (2016), Buoyancy (2019) and You Can Go Now (2022) just to name a few.
I have a passion for collaboration, either leading or operating within a team. Currently, I'm working on documentary film projects, creating short-form content through my video production company TrueView Films while also offering film marketing creative services to distributors,  production companies and agencies.
